Charlotte Marriott SouthPark

I liked the friendliness of the staff that greeted me, the firmness of the beds, the dark shades for the windows, the quietness of the room (even on a Saturday night), the neatness & cleanliness of the room.

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. They made me feel like family. Refreshing water with fruit at the entrance for guests as well.

Close proximity to areas we wanted to visit. Guest lounge area with drinks and snacks. Clean gym with plenty of equipment for a good workout.

Very friendly staff each night I was there. I was alone but felt safe. When I checked in it was a full hotel and my room was last to be ready that day but still just as clean and fully stocked. Very comfortable beds! Locals in the area were very nice as well, I’d love to stay here again when I come back to Charlotte.

Soo very nice and the kindness that was provided.. from the customer service desk and lounge or restaurant wonderful love it all I'm very happy and please to say this is the place I'll staying moving forward 😀
